Week 13 MLS Picks
Three straight weeks of negative results makes a trend, we’ve gotta get this turned around stat! Luckily we’re in the first double game week of the season, so a couple opportunities to bounce back in quick succession. The official league injury report came out this afternoon, let’s jump into the Week 13 picks.
Columbus Crew

Time to pick on CF Montreal again. Just like the weekend, they’ve still got eight guys listed out for this midweek match including their top three attacking options in Matias Coccaro, Mahala Opoku and Josef Martinez. Columbus has been struggling in league play while they’ve made a run to the CCC Final, going seven straight MLS matches without a win. We think that streak ends on Wednesday.
New York Red Bulls

We’re not jumping off one of our favorite Eastern Conference teams this week, as Red Bulls head to the nation’s capital to take on Christian Benteke and DC United. With the trio of Emil Forsberg, Dante Vanzeir and Lewis Morgan healthy, it’s shaping up to be a fun game between two high scoring offenses, with both teams in the top 10 in MLS in goals scored. Give us Red Bulls to win on the road.
Nashville SC
To win + O 1.5 (-105)
Going to ride with Nashville again after the disappointment against Charlotte on Saturday. They’ll welcome Toronto FC to town, who will be without six players including starters Federico Bernardeschi, Jonathan Osorio and Jahkeele Marshall-Rutty. Meanwhile, Nashville is getting healthier, even though it seems like Walker Zimmerman isn’t all the way back. We’ll take the big home favorites here and pair with with the over 1.5 goals scored in the match for near even odds.
