Week 15 MLS Picks
Back-to-back positive weeks and the vibes with the picks have been in lockstep with Austin FC. Sky high! Hoping to keep it going for a third straight week. The official league injury report came out this afternoon, let’s get into the Week 15 picks.
Vancouver Whitecaps
ML -125
Inter Miami arrives north of the border without Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez or Sergio Busquets in tow. While they’ve certainly got some quality that will be out on the turf at BC Place on Saturday, this is now a game we expect Vancouver to win handily. We’re also going to drop a half unit on Vancouver -1.5 at +205.
FC Cincinnati
ML +140
The defending supporter’s shield champions are on the road in Toronto tomorrow. While Cincy is without Aaron Boupendza and Corey Baird, the home side will be without Federico Bernardeschi due to yellow card accumulation. Despite their hot start to the season, Toronto clearly isn’t up to par with Cincy if Bernardeschi is out.
Philadelphia Union
ML +170
Andre Blake got a contract extension this week but will remain out here with his knee issue. But the first-choice field players are all available. We seem to be picking on Charlotte FC week in and week out, but why go away from a good thing. Union to win on the road.
Portland Timbers
ML -110
Santiago Moreno will miss this one but with Evander and Jonathan Rodriguez good to go and Sporting KC struggling to find their footing, we’ll take the Timbers to win in the late window tomorrow night.
