Week 23 MLS Picks
Although our win streak was ended at four in the midweek games, we’re still feeling confident coming into the weekend. We’ve got another two-day slate spanning Saturday and Sunday across MLS this weekend, you can check back on Sunday morning for any potential additions we make when the injury report for those games are released Sunday evening. The official league injury report for Saturday’s games came out this afternoon, let’s get into the Week 22 picks.
FC Cincinnati
ML -135
The Orange and Blue did us well in the midweek, picking up the road victory over DC United. We’ll go right back to them at home on Saturday against an Inter Miami side that’s already missing Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez and will now be without Jordi Alba suspended for yellow card accumulation.
LAFC
ML +155
This match is one of the six scheduled for Sunday after multiple teams played on Thursday. Both LAFC and their opponents the Houston Dynamo will be on short rest, but we don’t need the injury report to feel confident here. We’re going to roll with the superior team in this one for plus money and count on LAFC taking all three points off the orange team.
Austin FC
ML +185
This number has gotten to a point where we’re just going to put a unit on our boys to win for the vibes. Austin has performed just fine at home this season when Sebastián Driussi starts, going 5-1-1 in those matches. NYCFC is limping out of their midweek match against CF Montreal, with two starters going down in the first half of that one and ruled out for Saturday. Austin to win at home.
