Week 33 MLS Picks
Well that went south quickly over the weekend. Our worst week of picks in many months has us in red with three regular season weeks to go. The official league injury report for the midweek games came out Tuesday evening, let’s dive into the Week 33 picks.
New York Red Bulls
ML +170
The Red Bulls let us down in a big way over the weekend, losing to their rivals NYCFC 5-1. But they did see the return of Emil Forsberg off the bench and he’s expected to be back in the starting XI in this one. There’s a significant talent disparity between these two clubs and Lorenzo Insigne will be out again for Toronto FC. We’ll take the Red Bulls to win.
Inter miami
ML +190
The biggest game of the midweek slate pits the top two teams in the Eastern Conference standings against one another in Columbus on Wednesday. We respect the hell out of the Crew of course, but you’re telling us that we can get Messi & Co. at nearly 2:1? Yeah, we’ll take that.
Seattle Sounders
ML +190
The Sounders have rocketed themselves up the Western Conference table of late and while they sit in fifth headed into the midweek games, they now find themselves just two points back of second place LAFC. Typically we’d avoid going to Seattle with Joao Paulo sidelined, but Ryan Gauld is questionable for this match for Vancouver after sitting out on Saturday night. The Sounders are in better form and more talented overall. Seattle to win on the road.
