2024 MLS Predictions

As the season approaches this weekend, the boys have compiled their 2024 MLS regular season predictions. Below, you’ll find lists of how Zac & Ian see both conferences shaking out this year by the time decision day wraps up in October.

A few key offseason arrivals in Seattle added to the bevy of talent that remains for the Sounders. The consistency of the Seattle franchise has the guys declaring the 2022 CONCACAF Champions the best team in the Western Conference coming into the season. Meanwhile, a couple departures, some player rumors & a number of worrisome preseason injuries have The North End, unsurprisingly, down on rival Houston once again.

Out East, the fightin’ Felipes of Orlando City top the list for The North End. Adding Luis Muriel and Nico Lodeiro to a roster that was second in the conference last year brings a new ceiling to an already strong environment in Orlando. Alongside names like Facundo Torres and Martin Ojeda, the sky is the limit for the Lions. The boys are also high on the New York Red Bulls, predicted third after an eighth place finish last season and don’t see much changing near the bottom of the conference, where Toronto FC still occupies the 15th spot.
