Week 32 MLS Picks
We’ll take the sliver of profits from this past weekend and keep it pushing. The season long goal of ending the year in the black is within reach. The official league injury report came out Friday afternoon, let’s dive into the Week 32 picks.
Columbus Crew
ML +150
The defending MLS Cup champions are locked in a battle for the second seed in the Eastern Conference with FC Cincinnati. They’ll travel to the nation’s capital to take on 13th place DC United on Saturday. This one is simple. We’re going to side with the team that has a clear talent advantage at the majority of positions and ride with the Crew to take care of business on the road.
New York Red Bulls
ML -110
The battle for New York is on in the early window on Saturday and the Red Bulls host NYCFC. The Red Bulls are leading the pack behind the top three in the East on 44 points, with a 12-point gulf between them and the Crew. As they look to lock up home field advantage for the first round of the playoffs over the next few games, they’ll get a huge boost from the return of DP Emil Forsberg. We’ll take the home team to take down the Pigeons.
FC Dallas
ML +140
Frisco has been in some good form of late. They’re coming off a 3-1 home win over LAFC and are the healthiest they have been all season. FC Dallas are five points back of the ninth seed in the Western Conference and like Austin FC, need a win to keep pace down the stretch. As much as it pains us to do so, we’ll pick our rivals to the north to grab three points at home.
